I am an experienced trail runner, though I have put my running on hiatus to focus on my kids. Currently, I focus on bodyweight training or calisthenics as I can train virtually anywhere.
As someone with a lot of responsibilities I can understand having time to concentrate on your fitness is a rare privilege. I've struggled with self-doubt, depression and anxiety for living in mediocrity. Putting effort in my fitness has made me discover things that I thought was unachievable.
