    I was in a bad shape coming out of MCO. Totally out of shape and I had issue with my health. Now after 3 months, under Ash guidance, not only that I managed to shed the MCO weights, I’m also healthier than ever. No more health issue.

    Ash is very easy going and easy to talk to. What makes him an excellent trainer is that he asked the right questions to know what’s your goal and what motivates you. From there, he plans workout regime that is suited for you needs. On top of that, he’s committed in making sure that your goals are met and constantly motivating you. Even after my contract with him ended, he goes above and beyond by offering weekly consultations to make sure that I’d stay on track with the training.

    I have been training with Ash for nearly 5 months, and I have seen overall improvement in my strength, my fat has reduced, I have moved from 2XL shirts to XL and L, and pleased with my new physics and the confidence it has given. Ash is a friendly trainer, knowledgeable, and will help you to push yourself to get results. I used to get lower back pains frequently, but now with building more strength, losing weight, and consistent training, I don’t have back aches anymore. Online training has been as effective and overall now I enjoy my trainings and it has become a part of my lifestyle.

    2020 have been a disruptive year for many of us. Stay home and work from home new norm have put a lot of stress on physical health. This was also the year I started to realize I am hitting 40s soon and my physical health have deteriorated at a steep rate. My stamina and physical strength was no longer as it used to be and I tired out easily.
