During a checkup in 2012 which is 8 years back, doctor advised I should workout more often to reduce my high cholesterol. Ever since then, I make “workout” as my best mate ever!:)
Strength yet enjoying in weight lifting (can squat 100kg without belt), functional training , strength and conditioning and recovery training but never stop the journey of everyday learning and exploring.
Beside of being a better me, I wish to share the knowledge to everyone who is keen to have a healthier life, who is wish to have a perfect body outline, who is love ownself more…and you are the one!
